Venturing into literature as a productive outlet from the rigors of his chosen vocation. Transferring his experiences on the nature of the human condition as a medical practitioner to the world of literary fiction.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>Franza has penned 5 plays, 4 collections of short stories, an anthology of poems, a novella and 2 novels. Ranging from the genres of contemporary fiction, African folklore, religious fantasy to historical and science fiction.<\/p>\n<p>3 of his books and a 4<sup>th<\/sup> published under the banner of his company have been purchased by the United States Library of Congress namely:<\/p>\n<p>1.The Chief Must Die;2021( A collection of essays and short stories by Franz Owano)<\/p>\n<p>2. The Heart of a Prince;2022(A historical fiction novel by Franz Owano).<\/p>\n<p>3. Simbi;2023 (A collection of essays and short stories in which he contributed to the anthology).<\/p>\n<p>4 Simians;2023 ( A novella by George Gathiani published by the Wanderer\u2019s Path Publishers)<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p>He founded the Wanderer\u2019s Path Publishers to create a safe haven for creatives stifled by the restrictions enforced by the local traditional publishers in his home country Kenya.
